Our group chose Financial Information System. In a executive level Fidelity uses a Windows program called Streetscape. Its a powerful customer management tool that gives brokers the ability to quickly and easily offer their key customers a host of powerful services. It also creates a new software paradigm for Fidelity. It offered brokers access to market data, new and research, account management tools, and business building tools. In a operational level It provides brokers the ability to buy and sell financial products through the browser. This helped them be able to provide more of a customized service to their clients. Fidelity also uses a forecast pro to better there managerial part of business. This program helps them make convincing presentations to management, along with creating better planning and more straightforward task.
